October 7-13, 2024 – The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation declared Mental Health Week. Employees of the sanatorium "Krasivo" join the information campaign, have prepared popular science films, lectures, talks, information leaflets and booklets on a significant topic for vacationers.
Throughout our lives, numerous individual and social factors can both protect and, conversely, undermine our mental health. Risk factors can manifest themselves at all stages of a person's life. Mental health promotion activities are based on the individual and social characteristics of everyone, their environment, the environment where a person spends most of his life. Activities that affect mental health go far beyond healthcare.
