Regional state Autonomous healthcare institution "Sanatorium "Beautiful" carries out the second phase of rehabilitation on the profile and services:

the second phase of rehabilitation patients are sent as a part of rehabilitation potential and favorable rehabilitation prognosis: in the early recovery period of the disease, in the late rehabilitation period, in the period of the residual phenomena of the disease during the chronic, diseases out of aggravation.
the Selection and assignment of patients to rehabilitation is carried out by the Commission, which was established in hospitals.

- directions from the doctor (form 057/u-04), indicating the diagnosis, certified by the signature and personal seal of the doctor, signed by the Chairman of the medical Commission, the stamp of the clinic,
- of the document proving the identity (passport);

- social security number (for non-residents);
- open sick leave (for employees);
- photocopies of Bank statements (form 027/a), certified, in the case of transfer from hospital, head of the Department;
- the results of the survey, information about previous treatment and degree according to the modified Rankin scale.

In accordance with the Decree of the RF Government of December 10, 2018 N 2738-p approved the list of vital and essential medicines and medical products necessary for rendering of emergency and inpatient care, medical aid in day hospitals of all types.
Recall that the limit selling prices of manufacturers for these drugs are subject to state registration. Regional bodies set limits on the amounts of wholesale and retail extra charges to actual cost prices of manufacturers for these drugs.
