Children's Health Week

Children's Health Week

Children's Health Week is taking place from 2 to 8 June 2025. In the modern world, the health of the younger generation is negatively affected by many factors. These include poor ecology, concentrated food containing synthetic additives, leisure time with smartphones, physical inactivity (lack of physical activity), hypoxia (oxygen starvation) and stress.   Let's recall a number of rules that will help a child avoid developing chronic diseases.

1. Observing the daily routine.

2. Adequate sleep – at least 8-9 hours a day.

3. Regular physical activity. This includes not only sports, but also outdoor walks.

4. Healthy nutrition. The child needs vitamins, minerals, and fiber, so the diet should be varied. The diet should include dairy products, lean meat, fish, cereals, vegetables and fruits, berries, nuts. Fast food and sweets are kept to a minimum.

5. A positive atmosphere in the family.

6. Undergoing preventive medical examinations and vaccinations.

7. Accident prevention. Adults are required to prevent possible risks and teach children the rules of safe behavior.

We wish you good health!
