The average person spends 6-8 hours a day in front of the screen. This is 2-3 times higher than the acceptable standards. Consequences: overwork of the brain, decreased memory and attention, the formation of a real addiction. Of particular concern is the growing digital burden on children and adolescents. Without timely prevention, the health consequences can be serious.

 Smartphones and the Internet are incredible inventions that can make our lives more convenient. But remember: the phone is a tool, not the master of your life. Don't let technology completely take over your mind and heart. Look around you – there are so many amazing things in the real world that are worth seeing and feeling!
