The medical community is united in the opinion that a healthy lifestyle is the basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. A healthy lifestyle implies proper nutrition, sufficient physical activity, preventive examinations for the purpose of timely detection of non-communicable diseases, as well as the rejection of bad habits. In addition, the prevention of treatment of cardiovascular diseases is based on regular monitoring of indicators such as body mass index, blood pressure and heart rate, glucose and cholesterol levels in the blood.
