Week of Responsible Attitude to Heart Health

Week of Responsible Attitude to Heart Health

From September 29 to October 5, 2025, there will be a Week of Responsible Attitude to the Heart (in honor of World Heart Day on September 29). The heart is the most important organ of our body. A person's health and life expectancy directly depend on the state of the cardiovascular system. It is necessary to protect the heart from a young age. It is necessary to maintain moderate physical activity for at least 150 minutes per week, eat well, and monitor blood pressure, heart rhythm, and lipid profile.

 To prevent cardiovascular diseases, it is necessary to take a rational approach to your lifestyle.:

• It is important to maintain a high level of physical activity;

• follow the right daily routine and nutrition;

• do not overuse fatty, fried, heavy foods, especially at night;

• maintain a healthy body weight, get rid of bad habits.

Lack of sleep has an extremely negative effect on the health of the cardiovascular system.  The heart is a muscle, and it needs training. Due to dynamic loads, vascular tone and heart rate are regulated, and the heart becomes stronger and more resilient.

Regular consumption of alcoholic beverages leads to disruption of the heart muscle. Nicotine changes the condition of the vascular wall. Heart health is in your hands. Try to help him every day, and he will be grateful to you.
