Any infection – bacteria or viruses – produce toxic substances that have a toxic effect on the heart, on the structure of the myocardium and can lead to myocarditis or inflammation of the heart muscle. The most dangerous of them are the influenza virus and streptococcal infection. Many ailments and complications of infections can be prevented by adjusting the lifestyle. First of all, it is necessary to give up bad habits, adhere to a healthy diet, try to eliminate stress, observe the regime of work and rest, and do not forget about physical activity.

Considering that one of the main risk factors is a sedentary lifestyle. A lot depends on the lifestyle and the associated consequences. Sitting at a work desk for a long time and lack of physical activity lead to a weakening of the cardiovascular system. Fighting physical inactivity, leading an active lifestyle, strengthening the health of the heart, and increasing the endurance of the whole body are important measures that will help you stay healthy and strong for longer.  Physical activity is the heart's best friend.
