A Week of promoting a healthy lifestyle has started in Russia. On April 7, 2024, World Health Day and the World Health Organization are celebrated. Following the basics of a healthy lifestyle (regular physical activity, giving up bad habits, high-quality balanced nutrition, stress management) leads to the improvement of the body as a whole and the cardiovascular system in particular. The risk of many health-related problems is reduced in all age groups. The basis of the educational campaign in the sanatorium "Krasivo" on a healthy lifestyle is the promotion of healthy numbers:
A. 10,000 steps per day; at least 30 minutes of moderate and 20 minutes of intense physical activity.
B. At least 500 g (5 servings) of raw vegetables and fruits per day, less than 5 g of salt per day, 30-50 g of nuts per day.
C. Healthy body weight figures:19-25 – optimal body mass index;
D. Healthy figure: 0 alcohol, 0 cigarettes;
F. Healthy figures of the cardiovascular system: below 5 mmol /l – total cholesterol, below 140/90 mmHg – blood pressure. Physical activity is an essential element of maintaining health and a healthy lifestyle. We wish you good health! Take care of yourself and your loved ones!
