From August 26 to September 1, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in our country announced a week of promoting a healthy lifestyle among children. According to WHO, about 80% of teenagers in Russia are not physically active enough. In recent years, there has been a sharp decline in physical activity in children and adolescents, along with an increase in the number of diseases of obesity and diabetes mellitus among children. Time spent on gadgets and high workload in the academic year contribute to physical inactivity, decreased concentration, impaired psychoemotional state and the development of osteochondrosis.
The formation of a healthy lifestyle in the family starts and continues in educational institutions. From a fairly early age, it is worth actively using the principles of health protection so that they become habits. Later, this knowledge and skills will be one of the necessary elements of a person's general culture. For society, the formation of such habits is extremely important, since it allows the vast majority of people to form a positive attitude towards healthy lifestyle.
The promotion of a healthy lifestyle in kindergarten begins, but parents should understand that their behavior is an example for kids. Later in school, the focus will gradually shift to the opinions and attitudes of the team. It is extremely important to start forming a healthy lifestyle as early as possible so that in the future a person will be healthy, strong and happy.
