Rules for booking and paying for vouchers to the sanatorium "Krasivo" for the website

The Rules are an official, public offer of the Sanatorium and the acceptance of the essential conditions contained in this offer, interpreted in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation not otherwise than as acceptance, is equivalent to the conclusion of a contract.

Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer is considered to be the implementation of the person purchasing a ticket to the sanatorium, payment for the payment of booking services and receipt by the sanatorium of the corresponding financial document confirming the payment.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this document, we recommend that you refuse to proceed with the booking application, otherwise the continuation is clearly regarded as acceptance of all the conditions of the rules for booking and paying for vouchers to the sanatorium.

Information security

The data provided during the booking process is used by the sanatorium for the purpose of organizing rest and treatment, and is not transferred to third parties.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Buyer gives his consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use of his personal data.

The application must contain the following information:

rest period (start date of rest and end date);

number of adult vacationers, number of children;

last name, first name and patronymic for each vacationer;

living conditions;

payer's contact information.

The maximum period for processing an application is 24 hours from the moment of its receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Booking confirmation

The application is considered confirmed after receiving written or oral confirmation from the manager of the sanatorium within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the application (excluding weekends and holidays).

Applications made via online booking on the resort's website are automatically confirmed. The booking confirmation will appear on the screen immediately after placing the order. Also, the booking confirmation can be sent by e-mail to the address specified in the application.

The reservation is considered guaranteed if a prepayment is made in the amount of the cost of one bed-day from the total cost of the booked vouchers no later than 5 days before the day of arrival. Order change

The functionality of the online booking system does not imply making changes to the reservation already made and confirmed by the customer.

To add an additional room or an additional period of stay to an existing reservation, you must make another reservation.

Cost and payment of services

Reservations are made at the prices applicable at the time of booking. The prices are valid at the time of booking and if the consumer pays 100(one hundred) percent of the ticket price in advance, they are not subject to change. All prices are shown in Russian rubles.

The cost of spa services includes optional accommodation, meals and treatment at prices approved by the sanatorium in the amount, on the terms and conditions specified in the application.

Additional medical, cultural, entertainment and other services are paid directly at the sanatorium.

Payment(prepayment) is made in one of the convenient ways:

- by paying with a bank card through the on-line booking system on sanatorium website;< / p>

- by cashless payment, in bank branches (a copy of the receipt or payment order upon payment is sent to the sanatorium by fax or e-mail).

In case of partial advance payment of the ticket, the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the sanatorium.

Upon arrival at the sanatorium, a health resort voucher is issued. At the end of the rest at the reception of the sanatorium, a tear-off ticket of the tour is issued.

Booking cancellation

Also, if there is no prepayment for more than 14 days from the date of sending the invoice by the sanatorium, the order is automatically canceled. Notice of cancellation is sent by the resort by e-mail to the address specified in the application. The resort cannot verify the delivery of the cancellation notification by email. At the same time, the cancellation does not lose its power.

In case of cancellation of the trip less than 5 days before the date of arrival, the paid prepayment in the amount of the cost of one bed-day of the total cost of the trip remains with the sanatorium, is its profit and is non-refundable.

Refund of funds

For a refund, you must fill out and submit an application for a refund and send it to the sanatorium's email address: info@san-krasivo.ru.

The refund is made to the current / personal account specified in the application within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application for a refund by the Sanatorium.

When booking and paying through a travel agency, all questions related to the refund must be sent to the agency.

Payment rules

The following types of bank cards are accepted for payment:

- WORLD , having a three-digit CVC2 code.

- VISA, with a three-digit CVV2 code;

- MasterCard, with a three-digit CVC2 code.

When paying, your plastic card details are entered on the Bank's payment page using a secure channel. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and processed only on the Bank's specialized server.

Before making a payment, the Cardholder must be sure that the card issuing Bank allows payment via the Internet and has activated the 3DS functionality for the card. The cardholder confirms each transaction on their card with a special one-time password received from the Issuing Bank. If the issuing Bank does not have the correct activation of 3DS and a link with the phone number, you simply will not receive an SMS to confirm the operation.
